1. Return & Refund
Under normal circumstances, we do not accept customer returns. However, if there are instances of product damage or missing parts, we will assess the situation and either replace the product or issue a refund accordingly.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
