Tips:
Zentai suit is an intimate clothing, please wash it at least once with detergent or powder before wearing it, and put it into a laundry bag for the washing machine process to prevent exceeding pulling, tangle and it may cause damage. Please separate dark and light-colored clothes to prevent dyeing.
Caution:
As this is a form-fitting garment, please wash the inside of the mask with laundry liquid or powder before wearing it. If using a washing machine, place it in a laundry bag to prevent excessive stretching and tangling, which could damage the fabric.
Separate dark and light-colored items when washing to avoid color bleeding.

For the Zentai products, the ETA is up to 50 working days, for the Latex products, the ETA is up to 90 working days.
Returns & Refund
Under normal circumstances, we do not accept customer returns. However, if there are instances of product damage or missing parts, we will assess the situation and either replace the product or issue a refund accordingly.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
